Diamond Availability

Although we make every effort to keep the inventory on our website up to date, it is possible for a loose diamond to be sold before we are able to remove it from our site. In the unlikely event that this happens and you purchase a diamond that has become unavailable, we will immediately contact you and give you the option to order a similar diamond or cancel the order altogether.

Item Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date and accurate. Although unlikely, it is possible that an item's price can change (due to the fluctuating metal and diamond market), and we reserve the right to modify the price of the sale, or void it altogether, if the customer doesn't want to purchase at the new price. In addition, it is also possible for an item to become unavailable before we get a chance to remove it from our site, and if this happens, we reserve the right to void the sale.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is charged only to states where CapriJewelersAZ.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only in Arizona.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept the following credit cards online: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. You also have the option to stop by at one of our locations and make the purchase using your credit card or via easy and fast financing program.

How Can I Track My Order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of any page. Simply login with your username and password and then you will be able to see what stage your order is in.

Returns & Exchanges

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within five (5) business days for a refund or within thirty (30) days for an exchange or store credit. For transactions made in cash or by check, refunds will be issued in check form. Credit card transactions will be credited back to the card originally used.

Exceptions to this policy are the following:

  • Designer Settings and Designer Wedding Bands
  • Diamond Eternity Bands ordered for a finger size smaller than
  • 5 or larger than 7.
  • Any Engagement Ring Setting special ordered and made to fit a customers pre-existing diamond.

Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept these for return. "Designer" is considered any item that we sell made by A. Jaffe, Parade, Tacori, Verragio, Belle Etoile, Danhov, Martin Flyer, Michael M, Natalie K, or Forevermark .

Where Do I Send My Return Or Exchange?

Please remember to call us first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused. Please send your return or exchange to:

Can I Return a Pre-Owned Watch?

Pre-Owned Watches are fully refundable within three days from receipt of delivery. The watch must not be worn or sized and must be in the same condition as when sold. The watch must be accompanied by all boxes, tags and paper work that came with it.

Does Capri Jewelers AZ Allow Comparison Purchasing?

In order to give our customers the best pricing, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of ordering two or more of the same, or similar item, and then only keeping one of them. Which Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

All purchases from Caprijewelersaz.com are shipped free of charge! Orders under $500 are shipped via USPS priority Mail and orders over $500 are shipped overnight via either FedEx or UPS. Orders over $1,000 must be shipped to a verified address on file with your credit card company. Finally, orders over $30,000 are shipped either via USPS Express Mail, FedeEx overnight or UPS Next Day service. A signature is required at the time of delivery, so be sure someone is home to accept the package.

Do You Ship To PO Box And Outside The United States?

To ensure secure delivery of your order, CapriJewelersAZ.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes. At present, we only ship within United States.

I Hope To Keep My Purchase A Surprise!

We realize jewelry is often purchased as a surprise and we'll help you to keep the secret as best we can. We allow you to ship to an address other than your billing address. All we ask is that for orders over $500, you have the alternative shipping address on file with your credit card company. To do this, simply call the 800 number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account. Alternatively, if you are in Phoenix, AZ you can stop by any of our store locations and complete your purchase.
