To ensure secure delivery of your order, CapriJewelersAZ.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes. At present, we only ship within United States.
Which Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
All purchases from Caprijewelersaz.com are shipped free of charge! Orders under $500 are shipped via USPS priority Mail and orders over $500 are shipped overnight via either FedEx or UPS. Orders over $1,000 must be shipped to a verified address on file with your credit card company. Finally, orders over $30,000 are shipped either via USPS Express Mail, FedeEx overnight or UPS Next Day service. A signature is required at the time of delivery, so be sure someone is home to accept the package.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for domestic delivery unless the item is in stock and can be shipped immediately. We will update you in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. When we process the order for shipping, a tracking number is provided. Some packages require adult signature upon delivery so please make sure someone is there to receive and sign for the package.
We cannot change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

All we ask is that for orders over $500, you have the alternative shipping address on file with your credit card company. To do this, simply call the 800 number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account. Alternatively, if you are in Phoenix, AZ you can stop by any of our store locations and complete your purchase.

If 15 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an online purchase return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For transactions made through online financing, refunds will be issued accordingly. Credit card transactions will be credited back to the card originally used.
Exceptions to this policy are the following:
Designer Settings and Designer Wedding Bands Diamond Eternity Bands ordered for a finger size smaller than 5 or larger than 7 Any Engagement Ring Setting special ordered and made to fit a customer’s pre-existing diamond. Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept these for return. "Designer" is considered any item that we sell made by A. Jaffe, Tacori, Verragio, Danhov, Michael M and/or any other designers listed under our designers section. Where Do I Send My online Return Or Exchange? To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please remember to call us first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused.
