What Is Your Online Purchased Return Policy?

Our online purchase policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an online purchase return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For transactions made through online financing, refunds will be issued accordingly. Credit card transactions will be credited back to the card originally used.

Exceptions to this policy are the following:

Designer Settings and Designer Wedding Bands Diamond Eternity Bands ordered for a finger size smaller than 5 or larger than 7 Any Engagement Ring Setting special ordered and made to fit a customer’s pre-existing diamond. Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept these for return. "Designer" is considered any item that we sell made by A. Jaffe, Tacori, Verragio, Danhov, Michael M and/or any other designers listed under our designers section. Where Do I Send My online Return Or Exchange? To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please remember to call us first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
